Dear large family,
Thầy, our Teacher Zen Master Thích Nhất Hạnh, always encourages us to give attention to the young people of our time who are undergoing much stress and challenges in their lives, often not having a place of refuge or seeing any way out of a society where corporate success and ability to consume measures the value of a person.
Wake Up - Young Buddhists and non-Buddhists for a Healthy and Compassionate Society, is a world-wide network of young people practising the living art of mindfulness. Since August 2008, the Wake Up movement has started and is becoming more and more alive a little bit everywhere on the planet. We are having Wake Up retreats, tours and days of mindfulness in Europe, America and Asia. (For more details, please visit http://www.wkup.org).

To register, please email us at aiab@pvfhk.org. Please feel free to contact us for any enquiries.
If you know any young people who would be interested, do not hesitate to pass on the information.
Below is a poster that you can also put up in any appropriate place you may think of, or just share with people you know.
This event is also a taste for the first Wake Up HK retreat which will be happening on January 13th to 15th, 2012. More information will be shared later for this.
Thank you for your help!
