After long working days, where do you want to go to relax on Friday evening? Happy hours at pub, cinema, dinning, shopping … How’s about to have a quiet evening, just to let body and mind be relaxed and nourished?

We invite you to join our Friday Night Practice @ Central.

 

Friday Night Practice @ Central is a bi-weekly mindfulness practice with Plum Village tradition. Friday Night Practice is a “lite” mindful practice in town, allowing you to practice and nourish your mindfulness with the Sangha after a busy week.

 

The Friday Night Practice is held on the 1st and the 3rd Friday of each month.

1st Friday   - English (with Cantonese translation, if needed)

3rd Friday   – Cantonese (with English translation, if needed)

Activities :

Smiling, mindful breathing, walking, singing, sitting, reading Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh’s book, reflecting the Five Mindfulness Trainings … etc.



No experience and registration are required. Please wear loose and comfortable clothes. You encourage you to arrive 10 minutes in advance, to settle down and relax your body and mind as to enjoy the practice.
