Summer is the best time for children to grow, play and relax in the nature.
In this children program "Journey Back to Ourselves", children will learn mindfulness practices through games, singing, eating, walking and joyful meditation that can connect with inner self, mother nature and family. Children can discover their own freshness, solidity, clarity and space as internal resources to support their personal growth.


This year, we add a parent session so parents can experience and connect with what the children have learned in the program. "Beginning Anew" is aimed to facilitate a deeper, heart-to-heart communication between parents and children.
We hope you and your child can come to join this joyful, life-changing summer program.

July 24, 31, August 7, 20-21 (*One of the parents must come to join Aug 20 - 21 two days one night session)

Time:

10:00 am to 4:00 pm (Aug 20, Sat, starting at 4 pm)
